Shelby Miller, DNP, FNP-C, is the founder of RUMA Medical, a leading aesthetic and wellness practice offering a comprehensive, holistic approach to patient care. As a board-certified nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Gonzaga University, Miller is nationally recognized for her clinical expertise and artistic approach to aesthetic medicine. Under her leadership, RUMA Medical has evolved from a premier aesthetics clinic into a full-spectrum wellness destination, providing services that include aesthetic injectables, advanced skin health, sexual wellness, functional medicine, regenerative medicine and mental wellness. Miller is also the founder of RUMA Academy, where she has personally trained and mentored hundreds of medical professionals across more than 30 states and in Europe, Mexico and Canada. She is a national speaker and trainer, a lead mentor trainer for Galderma and a key opinion leader for many leading companies. In addition to her clinical and educational work, Miller leads the Aesthetic Alliance Mastermind, a national mentorship program designed to support and empower female entrepreneurs in aesthetic medicine and wellness. Through this platform, she helps practice owners across the country elevate their leadership skills, grow sustainable businesses and confidently step into their roles as visionary entrepreneurs.
